NIAGARA FALLS, ON — Niagara 5000, Canada’s premier luxury automotive and lifestyle showcase, will return to Niagara Falls on September 18–19, 2026, with its most ambitious program yet: an expanded supercar festival, a yacht and aviation showcase, and an exclusive preview of a forthcoming feature film about racing legend Gilles Villeneuve.

Organizers unveiled the 2026 program at a June 8 press conference at the Table Rock Centre, bringing together representatives from government, tourism, hospitality, and philanthropy.

At the centre of this year’s event is a charitable push. Net proceeds from the September 18 Supercar Parade & Exotics Festival will support MacKids and McMaster Children’s Hospital, with a fundraising target of more than $30,000, roughly triple the amount raised in 2025.

“Funds raised through the Supercar Parade will help McMaster Children’s Hospital provide specialised care for children and families across south-central Ontario, including Niagara Region,” said Sherri Bocchini, vice-president of philanthropy and partnerships at Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation. “We are grateful to Niagara 5000, its participants, and everyone helping turn this event into meaningful support for pediatric patients.”

A larger luxury showcase

Following a 2025 edition that drew more than 10,000 attendees and featured more than 230 supercars, Niagara 5000 is expanding into a two-day celebration of luxury mobility and lifestyle. The program will include the signature Niagara Falls Supercar Parade, luxury brand activations, premium hospitality, and an automotive, motorcycle, private aviation, and yacht showcase at Niagara District Airport.

The event will also feature an exclusive inside look at the highly anticipated feature film celebrating the life of Gilles Villeneuve. His daughter, Melanie Villeneuve, will lead a special fireside chat at The Hangar Experience, offering insight into the making of the film and how her father’s global racing legacy is being brought to the screen.

“Niagara 5000 has become a defining moment on Canada’s luxury calendar, and 2026 is our boldest chapter yet,” said Alana Hurov, CEO of Niagara 5000. “We’re bringing together the worlds of supercars, aviation, film, and philanthropy in one weekend and doing it in the most spectacular setting in the country. This year, our goal is to more than triple what we raised for MacKids, because the real measure of this event is the difference it makes for kids and families at McMaster Children’s Hospital.”

Tourism and economic impact

The June 8 announcement drew speakers including Ontario Minister of Tourism, Culture and Gaming Stan Cho; Niagara Parks Commission CEO David Adames; Fallsview Casino & Resort President Richard Taylor; and Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario business development project co-ordinator Mary Mancuso. Melanie Villeneuve, Guilt & Garage host David Grainger, and MacKids representative Sherri Bocchini also participated.

“Events like Niagara 5000 help protect and grow Ontario’s tourism economy by attracting visitors, supporting local businesses and showcasing the incredible destinations found across our province,” Cho said. “As Niagara continues to evolve as a world-class tourism destination, experiences like this create jobs, generate economic activity and give people even more reasons to choose Ontario.”

Niagara 5000 continues to build partnerships across the automotive, hospitality, real estate, finance, tourism, and wine sectors. Its Founders Club and Advisory Board include representatives from Fallsview Group, Reif Estate Winery, BG Capital Group, The Milborne Group, Toronto Power Hotel & Spa, Revel Realty, Hummel Properties, and Canadian Niagara Hotels.

Additional announcements about featured vehicles, aviation partners, celebrity guests, sponsors, entertainment, and VIP experiences are expected in the coming months.
