(Toronto, ON) – Award-winning, Canadian R&B singer Melanie Durrant released her new single and music video, “Bait & Switch.”  The soulful artist brings her signature edge to “Bait & Switch” produced by Mo’Jointz and CedSolo.  Durrant takes on relationship struggles, the raw honesty of the pain and the joy with the artists’ vulnerability on full display.  In the “Bait & Switch” video, directed by Toronto director The Knemesis, Durrant easily and effectively delivers the drama.

Melanie Durrant’s star continues to rise. The multi-talented artist has earned Top 10 charting on CBC’s Weekly Top 20, a feature on Spotify’s New Music Fridays and Apple Music’s Northern R&B, with her latest release. Durrant has also garnered multiple nominations for her previous album, ‘Anticipation’ including two R&B Single of the Year nods at the Juno Awards and R&B Artist of the Year nod at the Sirius XM Indie Awards. The album has 4M streams to date.  The three-time Juno nominated artist travels the country headlining festivals and working alongside Canada’s top artists.
