Detroit, Michigan – Michigan based record label Best Hand Entertainment, announces the highly anticipated single and video release “Better” by LFMG. “Better” is the debut release from Rap duo Darryl Pointer, (D.P) and Arron Rice (A.R.) known as LMFG.
The artists have worked together from a young age to perfect a unique sound of their own. “Better” is that sound. Taking inspiration from rap history and finding common ground with their own backgrounds, LMFG carved out a dedicated sound. The LMFG sound.
The artists faced many obstacles growing up and both found music a welcomed distraction and a positive way to move forward. Surviving the pain and confusion of their lives helped LMFG create their own music and style, both honest and raw. The kind of truth in music resonated with them growing up.
Best Hand Entertainment saw the potential in LFMG from their first meeting. There was the obvious talent, but it was combined with a commitment and uncompromising honesty, that made the rap duo appealing to the record label.
The duo’s sound is a throwback to Hip hop’s authentic beginning. The chemistry between the two artists flows, both in-studio and on stage.
LFMG is an up and coming Rap duo from Detroit, MI consisting of members Aaron Rice and Darryl Porter who have been together for over 5 years.
When asked about the ordeal, Aaron said, “Never in a million years would I imagine something like this would happen, but I’m glad we were there. Who knows what the outcome would’ve been had we not been in the right place at the right time.”
