Chief Justice Malaba’s Term Extension ruling Today

Three High Court judges have finished hearing arguments in two consolidated challenges to the extension of Chief Justice Luke Malaba’s term past the retirement age of 70. The court sat for 10 hours from 2.30PM to 12.30AM. Judgement will be delivered at 12PM today
