#Breaking: The High Court of Zimbabwe ruled the extension of Malabas term Invalid

The court has declared that Malaba ceased to hold the office as Chief Justice and judge as at 0000hrs on 15 May

It says the extension does not apply to any sitting judges of the Constitutional Court and Supreme Court.

His status means, he is now retired.
