A deal has been verbally agreed between Barcelona and Wolves on loan until June 2022 with a buy option of Adama Traoré at around €30m. Clause not mandatory.
Barcelona will cover 100% of Adama Traoré salary until the end of the season as agreed with Wolves.
Adama will also agree to a potential five year deal with Barcelona in case they’ll decide to sign him on a permanent in the summer.
Tottenham wanted Adama and they were really close to signing him but there was no full agreement on the fee, then Adama wanted to join Barça once they jumped in the deal. Spurs are still working on other options like Luís Diaz and not only.
Barcelona are planning to prepare medical and contract signing for Adama on Friday & then to announce the deal during the weekend.
Barcelona have still the same plans as Ousmane Dembélé: extend or leave the club immediately, in the last few days of January. Let’s see now what happens for Ousmane. (via @FabrizioRomano
